Meet Your Instructor Matt

Matt Pepper is an experienced practitioner, author, and emotional fitness trainer. For over 25 years, he has worked one-on-one with clients from all walks of life—from celebrities to students, CEOs to nurses—helping them break free from stress and low moods to achieve more happiness. 

His book  'Happiness The Inside Job' - The 7 Ways to Life-Changing Happiness was recommended by Coldplay, saying it is “Insightful and inspiring" on their social media channels.
